“worked great for precisely 30 minutes”

I took delevery from a magazine article and put the unit together in 3 easy steps. Excitedly I commenced trimming my 12 foot high hedge and then after 30 minutes the machine just died on me. I tried the fuse to no avail. A total waste of £80. Don't bother with cheap chinese rubbish, stick to Black & Decker.
The machine took 8 weeks to arrive after purchase and when I tried to contact the sellers/manufacturers all I got was an automated message telling me I was 19th in the queue. At this I tried an alternate number to be informed by automated message I was 1st in the queue, 35 minutes later...still waiting. On terminating the call I decided to e-mail....yet to recieve a response... I'll update you further to see if I get any change from the sellers!!
Please don't waste your time or money on the utter rubbish.
