I have had problems over the years trying to book holidays for myself and my husband as he is a paraplegic and needless to say travel companies usually don't go out their way to help you from past experience.
THEN I FOUND DIALAFLIGHT, were can I start, after chatting to Dialaflight a good few years ago now explaining the difficulty we have faced in the past, they reassured me that they would deal with my problems and help to the best of their ability.
They restored my faith back with a travel agent. We have used Dialaflight about 4 times now, they go above and beyond for myself and my husband, offering great advise on hotels and arranging with the hotels and airlines that everything is covered and pre-arranged and confirmed and booked to deal with all the problems that come along with being disabled.
I am a pain when it comes to deciding where to go as I try to work out the best options available as we like to go to the USA as my husband has to do multi flights. Dialaflight is very patient with me, goes through the options and comes back to me as soon as they can.
I can honeslty say that I will be using the services of Dialaflight again.
