“how much longer”

I have been waiting nearly 3 months for my lump sum pension to arrive,every time my id is sent back saying not valid.The last one sent back said my bank account statement did not have an address.I have now sent 6 different forms of id.Every time it is sent back after a 2 week delay.If it is returned again I will be contacting a solicitor,trading standards and Watchdog.
