“upset my 8 year old daughter”

We ordered a mattress on sat 6 oct 2013 along with memory foam pillows spending nearly £1000 from the sittingbourne store. We discussed price match and were told if we found a similar product cheaper they would match it. At the same time they gave my daughter a bear for, what I assumed was free, being well behaved. She was overjoyed and kept it with her for the rest of the weekend. In the meantime we found the same mattress cheaper but they refused to price match saying it was not the same. The only difference was the one we found had latex in top. The website states very similar. We therefore cancelled the order. When we informed the store they told us to come in and sign the paperwork and return the items. They even asked for the bear back. These callous salespeople/company has left my 8 year old daughter in tears. Shame on you.
