“Lost my domain name. . Took payment and didn't secure .”

Had two websites registered via 123. When my .com site came up for automatic renewal 123 took my payment but failed to secure the renewal of domain address. Hence when I came to put my business plan into motion find someone else now owns my domain and all they offer is a return of the payment and blaming the whole sorry episode on auto reply software. Apparently no -one reads these so they were unaware an I should have told them. Beware of these monkeys they couldn't care less.
