I only found this website by chance, whilst searching for agents to repair my old 'obsolete' machine. The service was excellent and delivery made the next day at a nominal charge. Purchasing a 'refurbished' model, as well as extending the warranty to 12 months, was far more cost effective than returning the old faulty machine for repair.
The enclosed paperwork could be improved, as there was no mention of the additional warranty I had purchased, and the emailed invoice did not identify it either. A quick email to 'customer services' and they phoned me the next day to explain that they had all the relevant information on their 'data-base'.
All in all, excellant service throughout.
