“Just off the mark!”

I had booked 2x twin rooms but the directions from Hotel Direct to the hotel undoubtedly said 2 x double rooms.
Fortunately, the hotel went out of their way to rectify the problem.
I have never had this type of problem with Booking.com who I usually use.
