924/4977 Living shaggy rug ( red ).............. i purchased this to add the finishing touch to my red and white poppy kitchen. i had brand new white lino fitted. 1st of all the rugs moults constantly absolutely gets everywhere and it doesnt stop. Even worse my lovely white lino has been stained pinky red by it, im so upset. 4 weeks ago i sent in pictures with a letter and receipts to argos insurance dept as advised by customer services. i sent it 1st class recorded delivery and tracked. it had been signed for the day after i sent it yet i have had no reply what so ever as yet. i spent months saving up for my lino , im so upset and it has ruined my kitchen now it is stained all over from the large rug :( have now emailed argos, lets see what happens.. my advice to anyone is DO NOT BUY THIS, it also has 50 other bad reviews on the site yet it wont let me add a review there. regards from a very distraught customer
