Shop didn't have correct size for a pair trainers I bought for my partner so I purchased a similar trainer. Then realised they had the trainer she wanted online and much cheaper. So I bought them presuming I could take the original trainers back within 2 days of being bought and obviously not worn. Their policy is exchange only on any product and pointed to the back of the receipt (which you only get post purchase so talk about advising you of their policy after the horses bolted!) wrote to the complaints department to see if they would be prepared to refund on one pair. You get an auto response stating there response time is 1-5 days but may be longer. 10 days on, heard nothing. the manager in my local store said he's had customers physically man handling him over their returns policy!! in 2013 ??? talk about customer advocacy, creating magic moments for customers lol. They honestly believe because they think there cheap they can treat you like trash. only so long before a competitor offers a different business model.
These days eBay competition means there no longer cheap.
