“Dont bother using Natwest to open business account”

As a firm of Chartered Accountants I used to recommend Natwest to clients.
No anymore
They useless
Two months a go one of my clients tried to open account.
They lost paperwork and all is done through a call centre and no one knows whats going on.

Appalling.
