I was looking for a Birmingham (England) B&B at fairly short notice and found one I liked the look of. I went to book it and was directed to the site of Late Rooms.com where I was recommended to make an electronic enquiry as the guest house was closed at that time (night). I was informed that there wasn't much availability left but that I would get an email shortly informing me if I had any luck. I was asked for my credit card details but only as security, not to take any money (I checked my bank statement about the veracity of this and it's correct). I soon heard that I had successfully made my booking and received confirmation and a booking reference number. The email from Late Rooms gave me all details of booking in/out times and everything I needed.
I was very satisfied with the process which was simple.
