Not only did expedia mess up my reservation and leave me stranded without a room (they cancelled my reservation because they booked me at an overbooked hotel and did not notify me but the charge was still processed)they did not keep their word on the compensation they promised me. I had everything in writing and they basically called me a liar and said they had no manager by the name I was given at the time of the mess up. Once I found a hotel room the staff their said they steer people away from expedia as they have multiple problems with them. First time using expedia and never will again.
