“Hassle free bike buying”

Great price on the bike, easy to order, free delivery, told me exactly when it was going to be delivered, and it was delivered on that date. They even delivered it to my work as there was no-one at home during the day.

The bike was fully built, I just needed to add the pedals and re-align the bars which had been laid flat for packaging, took two minutes to unpack it and have it ready to roll.

Absolutely hassle free delivery and bike purchase.

The only slight downside was that although they added lots of bits for the bike, they didn't include a pedal spanner or a allen key (to re-align the bars), but I already had these so not a big issue, but if it was for a newbie they might not have a 15mm spanner or set of allen keys.
