“Do not order online ! Rubbish service. ”

Ordered on 12/9/13. Order did not arrive so rang customer service. Put phone down after being on hold for 25 mins with no answer! Rang following day & was told parcel had been returned damaged. They arranged to send me a replacement. But had not thought it necessary to inform me ! Took the initial payment quickly enough !!! Rang again today as it has been 8 days & no replacement. Was told it was posted yesterday & will be here by next Monday. Will NEVER order from them again. Shocking service.
