“Poor facilaties & CCJ blackmail”

Anytime Fitness have the worst gym facilities I have experienced on top of viscous management who treat their customers badly.

I was told by the sales person I was signing a one month contract, but in the small print it was written as a 6 month contract. When I Cancelled the contract giving one months notice because my work was moving 50 miles from the club and I was no longer able to attend the club they would not cancel and said I would have to pay for two more months.

I wrote explaining the situation and went in to see them, their response was tough luck pay or you get a CCJ!! I then canceled the direct debit with my bank, which they then reinstated themselves ILLEGALLY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!

Now I have received letters from a debt collecting company saying they will apply for a CCJ if I do not pay up with extra fees on top!!

DO NOT USE THEIR GYMS THE FACILITIES ARE POOR, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF YOU DO READ EVERY BIT OF SMALL PRINT AND DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!!!
