“POOR SERVICE”

Received some flowers during a busy period. Flowers were ok but nothing special. What i found appalling was there was no card with them so I had no idea who had sent them. A bit difficult to phone around to thank people. A card finally arrived 4 days later. The flowers were from my neice. They were ordered to be sent together but this didn't happen. Moonpig appologised and said it was a particually busy time. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
