I've been with them for 7 years. Was very happy until the last year or two.
- now changes don't always go right until you contact customer services
- customer services has to be contacted on an 0844 number which isn't free
- Minimum call time including waiting in the queue is 20 minutes
- That costs £2 or more per call
- Agents rarely seem to read your email and *NEVER EVER* read the second question
- replies to emails will invariably tell you to ring customer services
- customer services has to be contacted on an 0844 number which isn't free
- That's another £2 call and 20 minutes of your life gone
- You will get regular calls trying to persuade you to take extra services
- After a few years they will move you onto a more expensive package
- You can refuse the more expensive package if you contact customer services
- Customer services has to be contacted on an 0844 number which isn't free
- That's another £2 call and another 20 minutes of your life gone
- They will upgrade the webmail system and it won't work without admin rights
- You can request a downgrade to the old system by emailing customer services
- the email reply will tell you to ring the 0844 number
- That's another £2 call and 20 minutes of your life gone
- You think you have a 5Gb quota until you try to use it
- but you don't always get what you pay for until you contact customer services
- customer services has to be contacted on an 0844 number which isn't free
... and I could go on, but you hopefully get the idea!
