I paid for the immediate service (0-60 minutes) and it took about 65 minutes. That is close enough for me. BUT, the reason that I am not giving it quite 5 stars is because they send the email to the paypal account you use instead of the email you enter on your order. This created confusion and the appearance that they were not doing anything.

For some, this is not a problem and knowing it will be helpful for others. It would have saved some heartache, though, if they had just used the email I entered in the order.
