It is now the evening of the Rihanna Concert here in Melbourne.

Viagogo UK have not resolved the issue with either a refund or replacement tickets. As mentioned before purchased tickets for family travelled from Tasmania to see Rihanna. Purchased tickets in April at $242 each wanting to see a great concert close to the stage but after 5 MONTHS, no resolution.

Yes I have received emails from company but not a resolution. Very poor customer service, and awfully disappointing experience.
