I ordered a fender from a top bike brand, but due to a design fault, the fender did not fit an XL frame. Tredz were very quick in following up directly with the company, and confirmed there was indeed a fault. They were then happy to coordinate and help with an easy Collect+ return process, with no fuss.
A great service despite the disappointment of the design fault by the manufacturer.
