“Great service for us”

Missed flight. Netflights employee went out of her way to negotiate rebooking a with BA and Cathay Pacific and persuaded them to agree to rebooking - there was an additional admin fee but this was imposed by the airline. We were grateful for the kind support offered at a traumatic time.
