“Awful terrible place”

This shop is like the primal if not worse of the hairdressing world! Scruffy unenthusiastic young girls who probably just scrapped through there training, I had an awful cut in the norwich branch yesterday, I had one length long hair so just needed a trim, not a difficult cut but one side is longer than the other, my hair was left wet at the back and damp on top, she didn't use any products and no passion for her job at all, I never go here but was in a rush but would never go back, it's just a dirty scruffy place, I complained to the manager who was helpful and said I could come back and have it trimmed by her as she agreed it was in even, the trouble is when you have a bad hair cut that you end up having more off the length just to sort it out which is upsetting when you have slow growing hair that you have been growing for ages! You get what you pay for! I will go to a proper salon next time!! It is cheap so you get what you pay for but they should still have a certain standard and having your hair cut should be an enjoyable treat, not a horrible experience like I had! Chav place!
