“Very good flight”

My husband and I travel between Aberdeen and Bristol. He is disabled and partially sighted and we now only travel within the UK. Our flights were on time and the service was good. We would definitely travel with Net Flights again.
Bristol Airport, however, is very poor on "assistance" and we didn't get the wheelchair we had ordered on arrival at Bristol. On our return, though I had asked for wheelchair assistance, we were told there were no wheelchairs and advised to proceed through security unaided. It was only on my insistence that a wheelchair was provided. This happened to several othe passengers.
