Told customer adviser that I have seen garment cheaper. It did take a while because computer running slow. Staff had to ask other staff about how to go about it. Staff do need to no what they should do. In the end they sorted it out. Staff who served me was very good in customer relations. Overall pretty good. It did cause a que which I didn't like.
