“Horrid customer service and hirrid rules ”

My husband was diagnosed with canser and we were not able to carry on with our earlier holiday plans. You would think they would consider to apply different rules in such cercumstances for the tickets refunds, but no ... I have actually called them to cancell the tickets only to realise that on top of no refund I have got £114 of phone bill to pay due to their "exelent and so customer responsive and fast" custmoer service. But then again it is Thomas Cooks Brunch, so do not axpect much of manners
