Despite a letter confirming my "nominated account" details were set up, when I came to try to transfer money into this nominated account it did not appear on the screen as an option.
Rang. Spent 15 mins on phone. Told it was sorted out - I needed this money transferred but had to wait 5 working days.
8 working days later still no sign of my nominated aggount details. Rang again etc etc
What a totally useless service
