I'm happy with the customer care responses, they are very quick and do try to help out. Unfortunately my Forename on my Business Management Diploma misses letter (p), Should be: PhumelaPHi, instead of PhumelaHi. I don't know whether to just leave it or call customer care. I think ICS should be careful with typing errors.
