“Truly Brilliant & Helpful Service!”

Having an absolute nightmare sorting out the electricity for the new business, power was off to the meter, addresses were linked in wrong and suppliers were saying one thing and doing another.

Within 10 minutes on the phone with Utility Exchange I had my meter location, MPAN details, supplier information and telephone number and they told me exactly what to do to get the power on so I could switch supplier.

Got all of that sorted and in the interim I had my quotes for supply e-mailed across so one more quick phone call and it was all done!

Spoke to the same person right the way through, really helpful an informative and most of all quick, efficient and patient!

Would definitely recommend.
