“Website doesn't work on tablets!”

I will not be using Moonpig again. I tried to buy champagne with a personalised label for friends who were getting married. Although they were quite happy for me to go through all the steps when I tried to purchase it kept going back to the home page. Apparently this is because on a tablet there is no flashplayer and you need this. I held for seven minutes on their helpline to be told they don't tkae orders over the phone. What a waste of time!
