“What I did not discover”

I do not have any experience of booking a hotel room in the UK, either directly or through an agent, so my comments may be considered naive.

The website was quick and functional, and the inital display of rooms available, and the basic price was clearly set out. However, I would not have found out about the £10.00 overnight car park charge if I had not read some of the comments from previous guests, and I think that it would be more honest - and less aggravating to your guests - to publish details of this extra cost openly. Furthermore, I think some details of breakfast would also be helpful: when is it available (and is it available), at what time, and at what cost?


Nonetheless, I look forward to my brief stay.
