“BA and Heathrow let Olympic Holidays down.”

Booked with Olympic Holidays (OH)and were given flight times no problem until a couple of days before departure, checked BA time table to find departure time had been brought forward, contacted OH who confirmed changes but BA had not advised them. Checked in on line no problem
Turned up at Heathrow for bag drop to have to wait 1 hour due to large queues then another hour at security this is at 22.00 then find flight delayed by one hour.
Not a good start, but on arrival in Cyprus, man waiting at arrivals for us, good trip to hotel which was the 3 star Arsinoe Beach Hotel
Good room, good food and service and nice staff, plus good beach opposite
Had great time seeing both south and north Cyprus.
Transport back to airport excellent but again flight delayed but Captain said we would make it up but this was not the case, due to delays landing saw Ashford (KENT)about 6 times then problem with getting to ramp which was not ready, Captain gave us a nice tour of the outside of T5 while waiting.
Massive queues at T5 passport control. but bags on carosel when we get there ,,So OLIMPIC part very good and BA/BAA part rubbish!!
