“Painful”

The whole experience has been painful and difficult. They didn't progress things unless pestered every day, didn't return calls or emails until i called the partner handling formal complaints. The work felt sloppy, i had to raise questions myself, flag typos repeatedly, documents went missing and even after the sale is complete, some documents haven't been taken care of!
I felt like communication wasn't part of the deal, and our solicitor was borderline rude at times.
Our conveyancing deal took 4 months to complete, and the house was chain-free both ways and empty!!
