Although I was a bit dismayed and annoyed that my emails were taken down without warning, because my hosting had expired and my emails were linked to this through free mailboxes, the process of getting the hosting back up was fairly pain free. The Live chat support were very helpful and although they said that it may take 2 hours to reactivate, i queried whether they could speed this up and within a minute my mailboxes were back up.
