“Excellent service”

On arrival at airport, went to taxi kiosk as directed, and as booked as a "private taxi" there was no waiting. Driver was immediateley allocated and then we were taken swiftly to our hotel.
For collection on departure date, company sent a text message to my mobile over 24hours before, giving time of collection. Which was over an hour later than what would have been the time for the shuttle bus, giving us plenty of time to have breakfast.(An e-mail was also sent to the hotel)
Arrived at airport on time.
Excellent service
