Asos is not a consistent company for online shopping. I have had good experiences, but the last several have been deplorable and offensive. As soon as I became a premiere member every single item I have purchased (about 6) have either been late or have not shown up at all. I have contacted customer service for each issue and I always receive a generic template of a response. There isn't actually even anyone really fully reading these emails. They gave me a 10% discount for the items I didn't recieve, but what good does that do me if I can't rely on them to follow through with their commitment to me? I also have had a ton of problems on their website. Sometimes I can't get into my saved items, sometimes the site won't let me purchase items and sometimes the site just crashes when I click on an item. Again, not consistency. Or maybe asos is just consisitantly bad at all of the things that make up a good online shopping experience.
