Have been using littlewoods for a year or so and have had a couple of delivery's either not turn up or are late, the latest situation is the final straw having waited three weeks for an item and having sent emails back and forth they still cant sort it out and there customer services team appear to have no idea how to serve customers. I have now cancelled all orders and arranged to have the orders that did make it collected for return which you would have thought would have been the motivation to put the problem right but no they just said "Ok we will collect Monday" £350.00 order lost over a £25.00 item! which I'm sure will cost considerably more to them in the long run! Steer clear shoppers should have learnt my lesson when I cancelled the last time 6 years ago.
