have been trying to login to this paid credit checking service for the last 4 months, their support is extremely poor, having been given reasons for this problem as being, problem with web site- being investigated, password mismatch -please reset your password- have gone through this still unable to login to the web site, problem with your computer and browser settings- have tried different computers with different browser versions BUT still unable to login, we will escalate it to our technical team and we will call you back- no one ever does!!!, have asked for a refund- they have said they will look at this when the issue has been resolved- it is not being resolved and I am still paying for the service.
generally the service works and provides adequate information about your credit status BUT if you need to talk to support or have an issue your stuffed
