“Treat customers very badly no clue what they are doing ”

Been with them for years beats me why I have given them good money had furniture with them few years ago fell apart three tables and 6 seater table and chairs and sideboard not cheap just went passed the 12 month told me nothing could be done well I am sure furniture should last way over a twelve month not cheap either I look after my home very house proud give old furniture to mum in law still have it now after 3 children and 28 years old wish I had kept it ... and by way was thrown out not long after theynall fell apart :( ripped me off big time !!!!!any way had two accounts which was their fault only thought I had one told them shut the one down few times still up and running down order on the one I want to keep open ..no order came no one got in touch to tell me why always payed on time mostly in full spoke on phone they said it was sorted this time but still no order shame on this company customer care is beyond me very very angry should have learned from them years ago staff not got a clue what they are doing terrible company and service
