“First class service”

Found the ideal number plate and decided to phone the order through. Good idea because the operator told me he'd check that the plate was availble and call me back. 30 minutes later he calls me back and the deed was done. Two days later I got the plates!
The DVLA dragged the process out to four weeks but Regtransfers kept me up to date all the way. Great service!
