“Great phone support”

Rang with a question about pointing multiple domains to one hosting. No pressing one for this and two for that, or listening to endless lounge music and "your call is important to us". The operator was patient and knowledgeable. Instead of simply providing advice he fixed the issue there and then and took the time to work through some complexities diligently until it was sorted. Fantastic.
