Ordered a new TV for my 80 year old mother, email said next day delivery text arrives next day saying will delivery between 7 am and 8pm BUT it did not arrive and no text or phone call to say they had a problem.
As a typical old woman my mother sat waiting all day believing it would arrive as ARGOS said would...oh yeah dream on. Argos you suck
Sent an email of complaint to receive back a confirmation saying customer service are open Mon to Fri till 10pm to ring after 8 and find they closed at 8pm.
