“Odeon Cinemas - Cold, unfriendly and grubby”

Visited our local Odeon cinema in Stoke on Trent to see THE CONJURING.

The staff were unhelpful and appeared bored. We weren't too sure where the entrance to our particular theatre was and when we asked we were treated to a very rude sigh.

The auditorium itself was very dark, very cold and more than a little grubby. The seats themselves could have done with a good cleaning.

Once the film started, the picture was poorly illuminated and slightly out of focus. The sound was reasonable. Aftertge film the cleaners' lights were hastly switched on during the end credits - no pissibility of reading them it seems!

Overall, a rather ddisappointing, lacklustre experience.
