Had some issues with non-delivery of tickets. Considering Seatwave are kind of a 'middle-man' and aren't really responsible for that part of the process, I am amazed at how they handled the situation. The resolution offered has simply blown me away. Don't think I've ever received such impressive customer service or care from anyone. Thank you Seatwave.
