Ordered a really simple order of two Leyzne light rubber brackets - nothing arrived despite my chasing. When queried I received the rather useless advice of 'check to see if the postman might have left it somewhere or check with the sortin office'!

I live in the middle of nowhere and have never had a lost package ever! The postman knows where to leave packages and whether things have been delivered or not! I'll be going back to ordering from Wiggle and Chain Reaction, will never use Tred again - ever!
