I booked my holiday and car hire with Expedia and whilst on holiday the car hire company failed to provide a car. The car hire company Budget Car Rental wouldn't pick up the telephone and when they did they made promises that they never kept. Therefore I turned to Expedia customer services to help fix the problem.
In short, Expedia customer support staff are very polite, well spoken. They are very good at good at giving you assurance that they can relate to your problem and a sense of urgency, however then they appear to go away and not follow up and you have to contact them time and time again before someone finally fixes the problem
I am now working with Expedia to try and get compensation for the
loss days of car hire and additional costs incurred. The process is slow and becoming tiresome
