The hotel we stayed at through Late Rooms was wonderful and we have nothing but praise for it. The booking process through Late zooms could have been easier. We found availability for our choice of hotel but then were asked online to phone the booking centre to confirm it. late Rooms then had to phone the hotel while keeping us on hold, then come back to us to tell us it was available. This was ok as we were in England ( visiting from the USA) so could use a local phone. If we had been trying to make the booking from the US, it would possibly have been more difficult though , possibly involving a long distance phone call.? We were with family so could use their landline, but do not have mobile phones that work in England .
