“Never been disappointed yet!”

We've booked London hotels three times now with HotelDirect and we've always been very happy with the service, especially the Hidden Gems option which has allowed us to stay in hotels we probably would find too expensive normally. I like the fact that they always email you just before you go away to let you know that they've confirmed your booking with the hotel, a nice touch and very reassuring.

A useful option would be to be able to make a special request on the initial booking form about the type of room you'd like but I always email the hotel direct anyway if I need to.
