“GREAT HOLIDAY , SHAME ABOUT SERVICE FROM REPS”

Just returned from crete and stayed at the mars apartments in agios NIKOLAOS, the service was fantastis , have no complaints at all , food was lovely , ( my only comment would be that there food was labeled so guests would know the lovely greek food being EATEAN) our holidays was booked 3 days prior to flying and im so glad we picked this particular place the managment went out of the way to help us when we had problems with dept booking ( which was nothing toi do with them ,) rooms clean , airconditioning and staff all fantastic , thanyou , the huge letdown was our rep ? invisible rep didnt return calls no help at all , if i ever return think i would do it independtly as they gave no input at all on our great holiday or would use a differnt company . sue and tom
