I will NEVER use bookit.com again. I travel extensively for work in addition to several weeks a year with my family. I used bookit.com for the first (and last time). Customer service basically tells you...it is what it is. I made a mistake at checkout, Called Customer Support...and was told, I could cancel, however, I would have to pay an agent $25 to do so AND I would forfeit money (no small sum) already paid.
I use several of bookit.com competitors (Hotels.com, Kayak, Priceline) and Bookit.com is hands down the worst service and platform out there.
