Called about a month ago saying that we may not be able to make our trip this coming thursday, they told me that the flight was a loss, but we were able to change the hotel date. After being on the phone for an hr the call got disconnected and no one called me back. So finally last night I called and they now tell me that the whole trip was non changeble even the hotel. And when I questioned why I was told the first time I called that I was going to be able to change the hotel date, they had no answer for me. Guess what, even thou I don't travel all that much, they are never getting my busuness again, or any other companies that they own.
